Kichaka Itinerary

As a self-catering private camp, guests set their own pace while being supported by staff for cleaning and food preparation.

Arrival

Check-in: 12:00 PM

Arrive at the camp, settle into the luxury tents or Nashipai Villa, and enjoy a welcome experience.

Afternoon Experience

Relax by the crystal-clear pool/jacuzzi, relax in a hammock, or enjoy a picnic with expansive views of the Pelewa hills.

Activities

• Bush Walks / Hiking: Guided walks to explore wildlife such as impala, dik-dik, and warthogs
• Horse Riding: Explore the farm on horseback
• Beekeeping & Farming: Learn about the on-site beehives and sheep farming.

Wildlife Viewing

• Excellent birdwatching and opportunities for night spotting, as residents include hyena and a wide variety of birdlife.

Evening

• Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a romantic campfire/bonfire under the stars on the rooftop terrace, or watch the sunset.

Optional Excursions:

• Amboseli National Park is roughly 90 minutes away, making it possible for a day trip to see elephants and Kilimanjaro.
• Departure (Check-out 10:00 AM): Enjoy a final breakfast in the bush before departing.

• Peak Season (20 Dec – 4 Jan): $90+ per person/night (requires 3-night minimum).
• Family Pods: ~$180–$200 per pod (2 adults, 2 children).
• Single Occupancy: ~USD 100-120 per night.
• Children: Under 2 years stay free; extra child bed is ~$35-40/night.

• 4 Guests: Ksh 23,000 per night

The entire camp can be booked for private groups. A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
